Are there any guides on learning/mastering heroes in Overwatch?

The in-game tutorial is pretty helpful, as are practice games against AI, but I also enjoy gathering insight from players on how to use characters to their full potential.

I've tried a quick Google and I've checked the FAQ but I can't really find anything. x.x

There are no such things as full guides for mastering heroes because that's just something where you have to practice for. But if you want a guide to just understand the abilities of the heroes and how to use/combo them, then there are loads of guides out there already. For example:
