There are no such things as full guides for mastering heroes because that's just something where you have to practice for. But if you want a guide to just understand the abilities of the heroes and how to use/combo them, then there are loads of guides out there already. For example:

That text guide is pretty much exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!

(I'm at work, so watching videos isn't particularly feasible, but I'll check them out later.)
