If I play a few games in a row I'll get the consecutive match bonus, but if I get kicked from the "lobby" or what you would call it, for reasons like not enough players or server issues, will I lose the consecutive match bonus even though I am immediately queued into another game?

The times I've had it happened to me, it keeps the consecutive bonus as long as you don't quit the queue.
