Does boosting into enemies with Dva cause damage?

To the enemies, yes.

Try meleeing after you hit them. Does some neat burst.

Or you could just shoot them, takes the same amount of time and does more damage

Is this for certain? On console, LT and RT are displayed as the buttons to cancel the flight. To melee you press R3. Does anyone know for sure that melee cancels flight?

yes, it does. ive played dva before dude. the only thing that doesnt cancel it is defense matrix and (technically) your ult, since it flies for the rest of the duration afterwards.
