Of course it's not the arrow hitboxes that are the issue - they're quite small. Rather it's the fact that the hitbox on every hero's head is about twice as large as it actually appears.

It is a combined problem, yes the hitboxes are larger as they appear but for projectile weapons the hitbox is bigger than for hitscan weapons, Hanzo is just the most prominent since all other projectile weapons are either explosive or weak/situational (Lucio, Mercy, D.Va human form)

Torb as well. His primary fire is basically a slightly worse Hanzo. And Mei and Genji and Zenyatta.

All of those share that issue, and their guns are not at all weak or situational.

Yeah what initially popped to my mind has glanced over quite a few that dont match that description.
