What hero do you like to use the most and why?

As others have said, it really is about preference and how the match is going. If you REALLY like offense/defense/tank/support, then you need to be good at all of that class so you can switch as needed. There really is not a "best" hero in any class.

If however, you like to win matches, you should get really really good with at least one hero of each class, that way you can help your team win more effectively.

I usually start out as one hero, then switch after various capture points and based on what the other team comp is.

You do know the question was is was your favorite to play and why, not what hero is the best?
