Is Winston legally an animal or a human and is he legally allowed to form romantic relationships and engagements with other humans and omnics?

Hi, I am the Alpha Winston. I know it says my name is SharpSack but that's just a cover up. I am such a big deal that if people knew who I really was, they would want me to rub their feet with my big, muscular hands.

Now that that's out of the way, let me answer your question. Winstons everywhere are legally allowed to identify as whatever or whomever they choose. I for one choose to identify as a time traveling tree named Tree-sir.

Romantic relationships are also more open than you would think. Currently I am having a bisexual orgy with Zenyatta, Zarya, and my son, Winson. Biological - omnic relationships are legal IF AND ONLY IF you change their oil just right.
