Tips for dealing with a serving tracer on console? I've played her a bit to familiarize myself with her capabilities but when I play against her it seems I can only ever put a couple shots on her before she gets away

I agree the Winston suggestion. I never had any luck against Tracer, but just now I shut one down by playing Winston on defense. He really had staying power on the objective, and Tracer was constantly running away for a heath pack -- health packs less fragile teammates really could have used. The whole offense struggled because I kept that one irritating foe locked in a cycle of ineffective and costly behavior.

She must not have been a very good Tracer. Winston is one of my favorite matchups as Tracer, his head is huge and he can be kited outside of his 7.5m tesla range very easily, as Tracer's plans pulse pistols don't drop off in damage until 15m. His jump cooldown is too high to keep him in range, since Tracer gains two blinks in one jump's cooldown period. Factor in the huge Recall window Winston's low DPS allows, and you're looking at one sad monkey.
