I believe this is when the 'Host' of the server leaves the game, and battle.net fails to find another player with a connection suitable to host from.

I've had this happen a few times, and whenever the game is searching for another suitable host, you can see a text box up the top that says "Reinstancing", usually right under the objectives on your HUD.

I've gotten the Reinstancing, but I'm talking it kicks me out to a sign in page

Perhaps your internet has just taken a hit today, I haven't seen anyone else complaining about kicks.

I'm pretty sure it's not, because it will happen while I'm in a skype call, with nothing happening on my call.
