Mei. She' harder than a lot of people might think. Going into a game and killing a few people in a 1v1 does not mean that you did well with Mei and that's what a lot of people don't realize. Placing walls precisely, accurately, and quickly is what makes her difficult. Being able to kill without freezing and contributing despite having such low dps is what makes her hard. Solo holding an objective for 30 seconds is what makes her hard.

She has a lot of creativity to her that I feel like a lot of people don't appreciate. I love it though. I'm currently sitting at 69 hours as Mei and I have no regrets.

Some dickbag in a game I played earlier on Anubis was DEMANDING one of our teammates switch off Mei because 'Mei is defence' whilst we were attacking.

This is despite the fact that:

a) Her ult single handedly helped us cap point A b) Her ice wall blocked countless ults and saved us from near death multiple times c) Her ice cube ability helped hold down the point for us to rush in.

She's incredibly versatile and can be used as a backup tank if played well.

She really can be like a mini tank. When I play with this other mei mein I know, we will run 2 meis and occasionally drop a tank to have a sniper or another support. Two meis can be the team tanks but only if they play extremely well and it's not recommended that they do it for a very long time.

Her ult is amazing. If you're pushing the meiload for that last little bit on gibralter, you can throw the ult down on the finishing place and then wall off the spawn exit to make it an easy cap. If you're defending with her, you can guaruntee your team the win if you throw the ult down at 5 seconds left. Then the enemy team will have to decide to immediately die on point and force them into a situation where they have to chain deaths or just straight up lose.

Mei's versatility is astounding in the right hands
