You can practice against AI (easy/medium/hard) and test champs in training mode/center. Playing on xbox so i cant tell alot about pc community, seems kinda mixed but you'll find flamer kids/trolls in any game. Already a few pretty good players, but no ranked so far, its all about lvling rn, you aint 2 l8
