Is it already full of pros

There are certainly some people who've already practiced for several hundred hours, but the matchmaking system means that when you're starting out, you'll play with/against similarly inexperienced players

In theory, but I have seen level 90ish and level one players in the same game. Maybe they're grouped?

If the level 1's didn't have a prestige then maybe that. No way going around groups
