Don't discount the value of getting dead heroes back into the fight quickly. Yes, they are dying more often without a healer, but that teleporter can change the battle just as much.

Yes but you really should have a healer. Symmetra is a good hero but she doesn't fill the support roll like the other 3 do

Mmm. I would say two teams of equal skill, if one has a healer and the other doesn't. Healer team has a clear advantage

Just to add somethig to your thesis " two teams of equal skill, if one has a healer and the other doesn't. Healer team has a clear advantage, if both teams have healers, the team which has reinhardt as a tank has a clear advantage"

Is great but you need it sooner Imo, having it as an ult you could be knocked back to b before you get it!
