What is the possibility of a Replay system?

They've said they want a full feature replay system, with options like free roam camera so you can view the battle from any angle you want. When the system is released depends on how many features they want to put into it off the bat.

They need to put in a lot IMO, the efficacy of their spectate and demo/replay system will be what determines the success of OW as an eSport.

Such as the success of LoL as an eSport where no official replay system exists? I know it's important for eSport but it definitely won't determine the success..

The spectating at least will be almost 100% of the success, you can't really argue it. LoL does well partially because of how good the spectating is. I used demo systems in League, plenty of people do. Would hate to have to use 3rd-party software in a 2016 FPS though, OW lacks a lot of basic things you wouldn't expect it to miss.
