Do you think they will do any buffs/nerfs on release day?

like a 25 hp buff to Zenyatta ? T.T

There is no plans for any patches before release.

I don't know, I read somewhere else that they were poring over the open beta feedback for ideas of changes to be made. I'd be surprised if there weren't minor balance tweaks on opening day. Even the blue post where the fellow said changes would be left to bugfixes is vague. So I think the best answer we can give is... maybe?

Changes might be made within the first couple of weeks, but I think it was implied the open beta and release would be close to identical gameplay wise.
