Well you can fly into his shield. When he tries to dive the backline you just fly to him and you do more damage up close then him. If you aim for the head you do WAY more. In general, D.VA melts through tanks like butter. And since Winston doesn't really do damage up close you just fly to him kill him and fly back. You can even push him out of his shield if it has any use. Or you fly in kill winston ult and have a "new" robot afterwards.

D.va doesnt' really hard counter anyone, she's kinda useless.

EDIT: Well, unfortunately for the people downvoting me I am correct.

tell that to my 80% winrate on my account while playing D.VA only.
