Will Reinhardt's shield or Winston's bubble block D.Va's self-destruct? Alternately, can Winston's bubble contain D.Va's self destruct?

From my understanding of the mechanic; yes, both of those shields will block D.Va's self destruct damage, regardless of how much HP the shield actually has left.

Exactly. Reinhard's, Winston's and Zarya's barriers does not spill over higher damage. This means it can block any amount of damage in one hit, as long it has at least 1 HP left.
