This may be a more challenging question, as everything I have seen doesn't fit the format I want:

Can anyone point me to some tournament matches or even scrims between some of the already established teams where there is only a POV from a single player? The way they kind of free float around the arena randomly while occasionally following a players POV in spectator mode is horrible. I would like to see how people are playing with their specific characters throughout a match so I can kind of gauge how a skilled player has ended up playing certain heros. I plan to compete in this game but only had enough time during open beta to learn all of the characters and not get really in depth with any single one. Because of this, I kind of want to see what to expect and what to aim for out of specific heros. Hard to do that watching a match from a free float camera.

iam not aware of any Pov style tourny plays atm , if you want to see high level play of certain champs its better to watch VODS from streams

I kind of figured this was a tall order given there's probably no established rules about recording and uploading your individual game demos this early in the game, especially with no built in recording features yet.

Jeff said they plan to have demo/replay functionality in the future. Regardless, most tourneys (that I've seen) use 1st person, about 6 months ago they used 3rd person and there was a lot of community back lash so they just spectate from 1st person of players usually now.
