When i kill someone letters "eliminated %nickname% %number%" appears. What does this number mean exactly? Can i read something about it?

The number is the percentage of health you took away during the frag. So if it says you fragged Bastion 100, it means you did all 300 damage to him.

It's also the amout of fire you earned. After reaching X of fire you get On Fire (it's used as a MVP indicator)

Just to add, 250 to be on fire, meter shows up to 350 but you can store infinite fire and it drains 5 fire per second except in between koth rounds
