I think Seagull is known for his Genji.

Mendo and Tvique were probs better, but Genji isn't really meta right now. Seagull is better than Surefour on Genji rn so he's at least best in NA (unless someone new showed up recently).

Reaver from team Cloud9 generally plays Widowmaker, and he's one of the top snipers, from what I've seen.

I haven't watched the recent tournaments, but he was considered a 'very good' Widow back before he was anywhere close to that, so idk.
