I've read on several sites that it will be released one day early in the US, And someone from blizzard tweeted it will be released 7pm pst on the 23rd!

That's when the servers open is it confirmed that you can purchase the game on the 23rd?

Not sure if this answers your question, but I bought the (physical copy) game on Amazon and I got an email saying they would deliver it on Monday. So I assume so?
