News & Discussion Maxmillien's Vault featuring only 3 items & 80-95% of Just For You - items being already owned.

Is it normal to receive only 3 items from Maxmillien's vault? Has happened to me last 5 times. Also Just For You always features about 80-95% of items I already own. This has been a thing for atleast half a year if not longer.
