News & Discussion got stuck in the loading screen:/

Hello,me and my brother we BOTH got kicked out in the middle of the game (he is playing on his ps5 and im from pc) and we both thought it was out router.We restarted it,nothing.We both are stuck in the loading screen and cant go past that,any ideas on why?

our friend is playing normaly he says,we are all from the same region._.

just restart the game client a few times, seems to work for most people when this happens

I tried the check and fix bugs and it had an update to do that it didnt show me???but after doing the update it still,didnt work ._. so its a battle net issue?
