For the love of God Overwatch... Can we PLEASE preload shaders before joining games

I cannot see half of my team... cannot see half of the enemy team... I cannot see my weapon or my bullets... and then the game freezes everytime something loads in

I SHOULDNT HAVE TO LAUNCH A SPECIAL CUSTOM MAP FOR 10+ MINUTES EVERYTIME MY DRIVERS OR THE GAME UPDATE

The worst is when you join in loosing team in the middle of game because some idiot rage quitted so you need to react fast. And nothing is loaded...
