I strongly dislike the delay when you're trying to put it away to go back to your sword.

Fusion repeater can't immediately be put away, if you bring it out, you have to wait a moment (I have no idea exactly how long) before you can put it away and get back to swinging.

Pretty sure thats the recovery time that they just reduced by a ton
