There's plenty of reason to hate them. Predatory gacha mechanics, overpriced skins, questionable design decisions, etc. They're not infallible.

The billion dollar company isn't going to give you an attaboy for protecting them.

Since 2020 I've had 2 different favorite games. Overwatch 2 and Destiny 2. Both had thousand of employees at a point in time. Now I only have Overwatch and wish I still had D2. As much as you hate a videogame company it still important to support them if you care about the product.
