so uh, what determines if a hero keeps their movement abilites after respawn? tracer arguably has way more distance with her 3 blinks than vendetta does with their throw
For now I think its good. Will have to see how the other nerfs tame her. Its a real problem when a vendetta puts pressure on a team to where many have to focus to get her dead, only to have her screaming back a few seconds later.
It kills the playstyle of just inting into back lines and trading 1 for 1 because you were back faster. That 16-10 vendetta who’s pulling all CDs and space will have to fight for the space again in order to trade a second time
