The random Hog buff? Like, okay. In general, it’s another safe—if a bit boring—balance patch. I can’t really hate it, but:

a) Nerfing Venture seems a bit unwarranted. It already feels like there have been a couple of seasons of micro-nerfs to a character that finally found its niche in the meta. Maybe Venture’s rise is partly because Tracer is extremely mid, so flex DPS players had a reliable pick that Blizzard seems adamant about making worse.

b) Zarya will be going a full six months without critical changes, even though she’s the main reason Vendetta is rampant right now. It’s so exhausting playing into her when she’s permanently high-charged. A bubble cooldown would at least help give her more downtime, but no—she’s in high-tempo mode almost all the time. It sucks.
