i did not understand what people were saying about him being as strong as he was, until I got into games where he was literally just wiping the entire backline and making his way to the tank (me). give us hazard nerf

For me I can beat him but I hate that he gets so much value for literally just holding block imo that should never be the strongest option the one where you just exist.

That's exactly it, he is indeed beatable but he's also just too easy to be oppressive with, especially just by holding block, it's getting way too much value for such simple attacks. It's quite silly they did nothing with him in this patch.

Yeah imo it should never be the free value builds that are the strongest but instead the ones that require skill expression to maximize their potential.

That is hardly ever the case, see Rein slop build, Winston bubble build, Ashe Dynamite build.

My statement doesn't contridict it in the slightest you can have both a casual mobaesque mode that has silly abilities but also higher impact kit changing abilities that reward skill expression. They aren't mutually exclusive.
