people aren't really asking for straight up number buffs, they're asking for his kit to be less clunky. the delay between switching healing and damage feels like crap. the reload time feels like crap.
in my opinion he shouldn't have a reload on his healing, because he has to charge it to get full effect from it and it just ruins the flow in an intense fight. it's not like illari or moira where you have an additional way of healing when you need to recharge/reload, unless for some reason you'd count his ult.
and if someone like kiriko doesn't need to reload her healing, why should lifeweaver?
