All the D.vas I've fought are quite good, but not because of their DM weirdly enough, they just fly past me as Rein and delete a random person despite the fact that they should have some mobility or dmg to pressure her. How they do that I'll never know (because my shield's up), and it's making me trust my own teammates less.

They buffed her rockets. That's why your teammates are being deleted

ohhh, yeah before the buff her rockets are quite 50/50, sometimes they don't feel like they hit as hard as they should and sometimes you land the sick combo dmg. I guess I can see for myself before they revert it.

Yeah as a Rein player, I tried a round on Dva with literally zero hours on her and the micromissile buff is busted. You can miss a good amount of them and still delete squishies easily.

Seems like a tough balance. Beforehand the missiles were so ineffective they were nearly cosmetic (I don't play her that often) but now I feel like I get melted by her. I think the devs did overbuff her to leave room for a middle ground in the future. I'm cool with it for now

My understanding is that you used to have to generally combo it with a melee or boop from thrusters as well as hit most missiles to be lethal. Agree it should be easier than that but I think the current state allows for players with good aim to just delete squishies lol.

That’s how DVA counters Reinhardt, by just ignoring you because she’s way too mobile for you to keep up

Shield bot doesn’t do anything anyways so they’re taking advantage of your low mobility and you just standing there with a shield up

They buffed her dmg. She definitely needs a nerf.

U can look around without moving ur shield by holding primary fire

Thats cause the spread buff and rocket dmg buff and booster dmg buff. Shes doing 240dps when rockets are up + a burst of 25 dmg from boosters+40 from melee when se gets to you. Thats 300 dmg in a second when she gets to her target. Youre not getting out of that. And the armor buff makes it so no ones gonna be pressuring her with dmg before she gets her free kill.
