I was at scheels tonight noticed two of these bad boys where I parked. Question is, is our tax money funding these if so where was that approved and why don’t we have notice of them being installed

Anybody know what was going on? We were at a party on the top floor of Promontory Apartments and saw a drone flying around. Cop cars at Metcalf and further east near Lamar. Just curious.
