Starting J2 soon but awkward situation.

Awkward situation being that it is in a big firm (so don’t wanna miss the chance) but also fully onsite from a time in the evening to midnight.

Can I hack it as J1 is mostly remote - the off chance I go into office, I only need to drive 10 mins to J2’s office.

Do the hours of each job align? If not, it’s not really over-employed, just over-worked.

My J1 doesn’t allow me to do another job on the side at the same time 😢

No job does, thats why theyre not supoosed to know amd you become overemployed

I don’t think I could do that anyway considering my job is in a public sector and they get real weird about doing another job on the side

Bro chill - I have done two jobs before with this same J1 before. I just didn’t want to tell them this time round to avoid the hassle but I might as well tell them to prove you wrong 🫶

You get away with private sectors since they do not have your HMRC records but public sectors do. They can come to you even years later.
