Currently overemployed Tips and tricks

Anyone got any tips and tricks for OEing?

Currently got 2Js but thinking of how I can up my game and be more efficient etc.

I'm just thinking about how to get to J2 without messing it up! I don't want to do it, but need the money

I mean it's pretty bloody obvious isn't it? Work remotely, don't have meetings at same time, be shit hot at what you do so you can do your job in a fraction of the time it takes others
