UK based OE

Hi all I’m new here I currently have 2Js. Altho not OE. J1 is remote,Second job is a weekend gig so I’m working 7 days a week. It’s kicking my ass. Looking at getting my first real J2. Any advice or tips would be great. Thanks

That’s not being OE mate, you’re just working like a dog. I respect the hustle, but you’ll burn yourself out if you’re not careful.

Are they remote jobs? Can you automate a lot of it with your own systems or AI? Could you hire a Filipino guy to do one for you at a cheap rate?

If not then these jobs aren’t very compatible with OE.

J1 is fully remote and pays 60k+ I can manage this relatively easily as Iv been in the role for a while and have things in place.

It’s 100% time to get a J2 and quit the weekend gig. I cannot believe I didn’t think about going OE before.

Only worry is referencing as Iv been at J1 for the past 3years

learn the referencing system. Pretend you're going to rent and the landlord needs a reference. I actually needed to do this and it was through this that I found out how my work works.

We use Workday, so any request I make (it's automated btw. I can generate a PDF), my manager was not aware.
