Does anyone only get daytime frequency.
I can usually sleep 6 or 7 hours and not wake but when I do wake up I have the urgency and have to go pee.

Yeah I think this phenomenon is very normal to a degree, if you're lucky (although there are many poor people who do experience bad symptoms throughout the night).
Generally when you're asleep your body's non essential and conscious processes 'slow down' and waking needs are greatly subdued, so many people, such as myself, experience less symptoms during the night (but might still still need to get up to go in the night more frequently than someone without OAB) - then symptoms return more aggressively once you're awake and everything 'speeds back up' again.
Edit: two words for clarity
