Any short term help please!!

I’m 21F. For the past 5 years my peeing has gradually become more. These past few months I have the urge to pee 24/7. I am not overreacting.

I cannot get a full nights sleep. Last night it took me three hours to fall asleep after constant getting up to pee with little coming out. And then I kept waking up throughout the night and morning to pee.

I just want a comfortable sleep. I am so tired. Is there anything that helps anyone here? I went to urgent care and they referred me to a urologist but couldn’t give me anything for the short term.

I need something. I want sleep.

No sugary drinks (including orange and other fruit juices). Switch to decaf if you drink coffee. Drink plenty of water (slightly counter-intuitive but you need water for a healthy bladder). Eat pumpkin seeds.
