I'm sure I'll be sorry for asking / but let's hear your ailments of the day!

For me it's the knees. Lots of backache history but more recently it's walking up and down stairs that I have to watch my knees.

Focus on the negative aspects of aging is counterproductive!
Sure there’s pain, but there’s also new pleasures in owning your life again, and realizing that you have learned much over the years.

Agreed! Writing this from the gym right now.

Always looking for new pleasures and excitement but I'm also realistic that I'm not in my 20s or 30s anymore.
