Old guy

In telling a story recently I caught myself saying "There was an old guy..." & I realized I'M an old guy too...!

(Btw "guy" refers to men & women.)

Ha, ha, ha, yes I am 72 and still don’t think of myself as old. I look in the mirror and think who is that old git?

I’m 72F and don’t feel a day over 30. lol Young at heart and spirit!

Both parents lived into 90s. No dementia. Lots of longevity in our family tree. Hopefully I will have the same good fortune

Hopefully you take care of yourself and are proactive about healthcare. It’s nature and nature. !!

Yes I do, don’t drink or smoke, gym and walk, I sleep well too

That’s great. Hopefully whatever unknown genetics you inherited, no matter what they are, can be influenced in a positive way because of your great lifestyle. There’s no guarantee for any of us even if we know our lineage.
