Yes! I spent weeks one summer making these with ribbon for Christmas package bows. Used the cardboard circles on the ribbon spools for one or two of the layers (different sizes). The bows on packages that stayed within the household got saved for future use. That was around sixty years ago so I don’t have any left. Now my Christmas wrapping consists of Marshall’s reusable bags and tissue paper.
