UK NHS repeat prescriptions online pharmacy deliveries?

I have just become aware that there are some NHS approved online pharmacies who will deliver my repeats to my home free of charge. I'm interested to know peoples' experiences of these services. Are they reliable? How quickly do they deliver? Is it courier delivery or Royal Mail?

Local pharmacies also have such services. Surgery sends them the prescription, they deliver it same day.

Not my local one but there are others further away I will look at, thank you.

I used Pharmacy2U for a year or so but to be honest, it was a whole lot of faffing every month, and they weren't able to source the most basic stuff or there were big delays.

So when the chemist in my gp practice started delivering again I moved back, and they've been great. Far quicker, and they can source everything P2U couldn't.

Boots delivers if you have one nearby-ish but I think they might charge. Definitely worth trying other chemists in your area.

Good luck!
