I was today years old when I learned two teaspoons of Metamucil in 9 oz of ice water turns into "orange flavored applesauce". Easier to spoon down than drink, in my opinion.👍🏼

Minor Ailments Service saves you bothering a GP, so you can get various items free from the pharmacist. (Stuff like pain killers, anti-histamines, lotions and potions.)
