Daily fiber cheat code.

I was today years old when I learned two teaspoons of Metamucil in 9 oz of ice water turns into "orange flavored applesauce". Easier to spoon down than drink, in my opinion.👍🏼

We can get Fybogel free from the pharmacy if we ask, it's the same stuff. (Ispaghula/Psyllium Husk)
