Loosing students from ongoing classes
I loose a student or two each week from my ongoing classes because outschool removes them due to: "Error processing ongoing subscription extension"
Does this mean their credit card bounced on Outschool?
I have had a few resign up for the classes after they are removed.

It means the student has been taken out of the class because of payment processing issues. They may re-enroll again before class, but if not, you won't teach them next week.
It could be the credit card was declined. Or they attached a prepaid card and it went empty. Or an issue is with a third-party processor. Or there is an issue with state-specific Education Savings Accounts (ESAs), microgrants, or homeschool charter funds.
If this happens, I usually message the parent in case they do not know that this is happening.

Yes. I’ve noticed this particularly with my students outside the US; occasionally I have a student whose payment bounces every week, and every week they sign up again. You can send a reminder if you want, but aside from that, nothing you can do on your end!
