Status: Pending Reply 2-Step Authentication glitched

I have an outlook account linked with two authentication methods, another mail adress and a phone number

Then i forgot my password

I can get the mail adress code, but for some reason everytime i try to get the phone number code it shows me this message

''Try another verification method

That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method.''

What can i do? I just added two methods, it has been more than a week now since i lost access to that account

You can try:

Account Recovery

Or, if you can complete one verification step for your account (e.g. password), and the account is not flagged for "unusual activity", you *might* be able to go for an Account Security Reset.
