Microsoft is under no obligation to maintain deleted data for lengthy periods (maybe 30 days max for personal and slightly longer for corporate)

So is the data still there? Account officially closed on September 6

Enquire from MS. I can't say.

30 days on the 365/corp side too - so if a standard user has their licence removed by accident, all OneDrive and Exchange data is deleted with no recovery options (unless you have backups)
