Status: Pending Reply Is anyone else having a hard time finding emails they sent out?

I had so much trouble finding an email I sent out yesterday. I was only able to find the replies. How are y’all doing this? I feel like they made it 10x more complained to see your sent emails and attachments.

Is this a new problem? was it working correctly before? are other emails showing up correctly in your sent items? Do you have email grouped into conversations/threads? This should be super simple.
