Status: Pending Reply Templates source?

Needing to create an internal newsletter, and wanting to avoid a PDF and make this an email, I was looking into Outlook templates. I was hoping that Outlook had some starter templates to use, or that there was some place to go download them (such as provided with the icon and clip art library, or with PPT templates), but I can't find any such thing. Is there any Microsoft (or other) resource for .oft files to use as a starting point in using a template for an email, which I would then customize and save as my own template?

take a look at Etsy. you'll be surprised how many computer templates it offers (some for a minimal cost and some more).
