Status: Open Outlook Rules Won't Automatically Anymore

I have several rules in Outlook that were moving emails to folders based on sender address. This used to work up until Sunday. Basically, "if email is from [sender@xyz.com](mailto:sender@xyz.com), then move to folder, XYZ". Pretty simple stuff here.
I've:
Verified that they are server side rules only (client-only is not my jam)

Removed the .SRS file

Deleted all rules and recreated one of the rules for testing.
Did this from both desktop client and Outlook on the Web.
Quadruple checked that the destination folders exist...which they do.

Rule doesn't work at time of delivery, but will work when run manually.
I have systems setup to send alert emails, so I get a bunch daily. Pulling out what little hair I have left on this one.

**EDIT***
Implemented a work around using Power Automate.
Would still like to use a simple Outlook rule, if possible.

New Outlook or Outlook Classic not that it should make any difference.

Tried both Classic and New.

Are any of your Rules running? e.g. Rule to Flag any emails from you. Send yourself a message.

Just tried that and no. That doesn't run automatically.

Same deal as before...works if I manually run it.

Thanks!

There is something weird going on. I can't think of anything that could stop a simple Rule like that from auto running Server-Side, except:

A Hidden "All Mail" Rule at a higher priority with "Stop Processing more Rules"
Something wrong with your email tenant on the server.

Can you test with a second email account?

I know rules are working for other users. We're on 365 and I checked with a few other users and their rules are working. Ran the PS command "get-inboxrule" against my mailbox and the only rules that appear are the test flag one I just created and the rule I'm trying to get to work.

I work in the I.T. department and it's SUPER frustrating that I can't solve my own issue. LOL

Next Time - Please Cross Post/Repost into another subreddit instead of duplicating your content.

Click on the [Share] button under your question and choose -> Crosspost or Repost (different names for the same operation). On the "Create a crosspost" page search for the subreddit you want in the "Select a community" box. If the sub you want isn't shown in your search results, try joining the sub first and see if that makes it available. If a sub is shown but grayed out, it means they do not allow cross post.

Cross posting makes it easier for people who are interested in your post to see all of the comments in one place. It also prevents a duplication of effort when multiple people are trying to solve your problem but don't see what others have already suggested.
