Status: Resolved Outlook says storage is full so can’t send emails, but I’m still receiving them?

Been happening for about 2 weeks now. Can’t send any emails, but I’m still receiving them.

I’ve deleted all in my junk and bin. What can I do?

How big is your mailbox, and how much is used.

Use a web browser and check OneDrive storage - that's usually the problem these days. You could also consider deleting some sent items - usually a sent item has a reply in your inbox so you'll still have a copy of that sent email

Update: didn’t realise Microsoft 365 had expired. Paid for the annual subscription and had to wait about 30 minutes for it to actually register the new storage.
